Marc is a 1974 summa cum laude graduate of Ithaca College and in 1978 received his J.D. from Syracuse University. He was admitted to the NJ Bar in 1979 and the NY Bar in 1990. He is a member of the Atlantic, Camden County, New Jersey State, New York State, American Bar Associations, and a past member of the NJ Dispute Resolution Advisory Committee and District 1 NJ State Ethics Committee. Marc also serves as director of the Linwood Soccer Association.

Marc is a certified civil trial attorney and has successfully resolved hundreds of cases ranging from simple to complex and multi-party million dollar lawsuits for plaintiffs and defendant by both verdict and settlement. He has appeared at all trial and appellate court levels and has tried cases throughout the state court systems in seven southern New Jersey counties and the federal courts. Marc has extensive litigation experience in claims involving personal injury, product liability, medical malpractice, municipal tort liability, premises liability, professional liability, amusement pier operations, civil rights and construction. Clients include several major national insurance companies, the amusement industry, utility companies, national construction firms, closely-held businesses and individual litigants. He has broad experience with construction professionals, commercial premises, independent municipalities, contracts, commercial premises owners & operators, tradesmen and insurance companies in coverage disputes.
