Mr. Waldman has resided in Atlantic County, New Jersey for nearly his entire life. He practices throughout the State of New Jersey and focuses primarily on the Southern and Central portions of the state.

Mr. Waldman has appeared in numerous Municipal Courts, nearly all of the County Courts throughout the State, the Appellate Division of the State Superior Court, U.S. District Court in New Jersey and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and has appeared in the U.S. Court of Appeals, Third Circuit. In addition, his practice has included matters involving several State Agencies including PERC, DCA and BPU. Where applicable, the practice before the State's Administrative Agencies includes appearances before Administrative Law Judges. In addition to practicing in the Courts and before the Administrative Agencies in New Jersey, Mr. Waldman devotes a significant amount of his time to the representation of public sector and private sector employers in the Labor Relations field.
